Terms of service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Synbetix Technologies (“Synbetix”, “we”, “us”). By using Synbetix, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. What Synbetix is — and is not
Synbetix is a software utility that helps users work with booking and share codes on licensed third-party sports betting operators (such as SportyBet, Bet9ja, BetKing, and 1xBet).
Synbetix does not:
- Operate as a sportsbook, casino, or lottery.
- Accept wagers or stakes on our own account.
- Hold, manage, or pay out customer betting balances.
- Guarantee winnings, odds, or that any bet will be accepted by an operator.
All staking, account funding, and payouts occur directly between you and the licensed operator you choose.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use sports betting services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws and each operator’s terms.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use Synbetix only for lawful personal purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing (e.g. B2B).
- Provide accurate information when contacting us.
- Not misuse the service — including scraping, reverse-engineering for competitive harm, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass operator or Synbetix security controls.
- Comply with the terms of any third-party bookmaker whose codes or platforms you use through Synbetix.
- Gamble responsibly. Set limits and seek help if needed.
4. Third-party operators
Synbetix is independent of SportyBet, Bet9ja, BetKing, 1xBet, and other operators. References to them describe compatibility or integration goals only — not endorsement, partnership, or agency unless explicitly stated.
Operator websites, apps, odds, markets, and acceptance of bets are controlled by those operators. We are not responsible for their actions, outages, rule changes, or settlement decisions.
5. Service availability and accuracy
We strive for reliable decode, edit, and convert features but provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Booking codes may expire, odds may change, markets may suspend, and rebuild results may be partial or unavailable without notice.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, compliance, or business reasons.
6. Intellectual property
Synbetix software, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative products from our service without permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synbetix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synbetix and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service — including losses related to bets placed with third-party operators.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or zero if the service was free.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synbetix from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights or operator terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. You may stop using Synbetix at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
